Mrs. Neal House - Historic House

I'm not sure how you can name a house after someone who owned it less than two years and was foreclosed on but that is what happened to Mrs. Neal (where was Mr. Neal, I wonder?).  According to AZCentral.com, Mrs. Neal built the house at 102 E. Wiletta St in 1920 but two liens filed by contractors for non-payment led to the foreclosure in 1921.  The house passed thru many hands, residential and business, becoming vacant in 2009 and ending up in the ownership of the cats.

A fence surrounds the house to keep out the riffraff but there are signs of a kind sole feeding the cats and fixing the cats and releasing them (TNR). There are two cats in one of the pictures. Do you see them?
